Our Technology & Talent team partners with legal, legal operations, procurement, and IT leaders to design practical solutions that bring together expert talent, technology, and managed delivery.  We are looking for an AI Client Solutions Director to play a pivotal role in Axiom’s AI solution conversations with clients. This is a senior, client-facing individual contributor role within Axiom’s Technology & Talent team. The person in this role will have significant influence with clients and internal stakeholders, while also partnering with the head of Legal Engineering.    The right candidate will bring credibility, curiosity, and commercial judgment to help clients move from AI interest to responsible, measurable adoption—connecting business priorities, legal workflows, and technology requirements in a way that The salary range for this role is $294,000–$308,000 OTE.
