· Handle confidential company and personnel information appropriately
You are:
· Exceptionally organized and attentive to detail
· Proactive and able to anticipate needs without constant direction
· Calm, resourceful, and professional when plans change
· A strong written and verbal communicator
· Trusted with sensitive information and sound in judgment
· Comfortable balancing urgency with importance
· Service-oriented without being passive
· Reliable, responsive, and committed to closing loops
Nice to have:
· Experience supporting founders or senior executives
· Experience in a high-growth, manufacturing, or operations-heavy company
· Experience coordinating work across multiple locations
· Comfort using modern productivity and AI tools responsibly
Benefits:
· Equity in Nox Metals
· Company-paid medical, dental, and vision insurance
This role is full time, in person in either Los Angeles or Detroit, Michigan.
