Target variable compensation is $350K at $5M in annual bound premium, with uncapped accelerators above target. Equity is 0.50% at hire, with up to an additional 0.25% performance grant.

Maintain rigorous pipeline, forecast, and next-step discipline
Coordinate with brokers, underwriting, markets, and product to solve obstacles quickly

By day 60: own a qualified pipeline with credible close plans
By day 90: close initial business and demonstrate repeatable opportunity progression
