They are responsible for growing their market, building high-performing teams, creating exceptional customer experiences, and owning the financial success of their branch.&nbsp;If you're a hands-on leader who enjoys coaching teams, building client relationships, and driving business growth, we'd love to meet you.</p> <h2>What You'll Do</h2> <ul> <li>Grow the market by developing new business, expanding existing client partnerships, and identifying new opportunities.</li> <li>Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales, recruiting, and operations team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.</li> <li>Own the market's P&amp;L, using financial and operational data to drive performance, profitability, and long-term growth.</li> <li>Build strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and creating staffing solutions that meet their business needs.</li> <li>Set clear goals, monitor key performance metrics, and help your team achieve individual and branch objectives.</li> <li>Partner with leadership to execute strategic initiatives and continuously improve branch performance.</li> <li>Oversee branch operations, including recruiting, compliance, payroll approvals, risk management, and overall operational excellence.</li> <li>Create an engaging, positive culture where employees are empowered to grow, succeed, and deliver outstanding results.</li> </ul> <h2>What We're Looking For</h2> <ul> <li>Proven experience leading a sales, staffing, recruiting, or operations team.</li> <li>Strong business development and relationship-building skills.</li> <li>Experience managing financial performance, budgets, or P&amp;L responsibilities.</li> <li>A servant leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing others.</li> <li>Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills.</li> <li>Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.</li> </ul> <h2>Why Openwork?</h2> <p>Openwork is reimagining staffing by putting people first.
