Open is building the category of AI-native customer communication.
For decades, companies have managed customer conversations through ticketing systems, helpdesks, call centers, and fragmented automation tools. These systems were built to help humans process customer requests.
We believe that era is ending.
The next generation of customer communication will be run by intelligent agents that can understand customers, reason across company knowledge and systems, take action, and communicate proactively, not just wait for customers to reach out.
Open is the platform for that new world.
Companies use Open to deploy autonomous AI agents across chat, email, WhatsApp, and voice, both inbound and outbound. These agents can resolve support requests, follow up with customers, recover missed opportunities, re-engage leads, trigger conversations at the right moment, and execute complex customer-facing workflows end to end.
Open does not just help companies respond faster. It gives them an intelligent communication layer that can decide when to engage, what to say, what action to take, and how to move the customer forward.
Over time, customer communication will stop being a collection of tickets and campaigns managed by separate systems. It will become one intelligent layer that continuously understands, acts, and communicates on behalf of the company.
Our ambition is to make Open the default infrastructure through which companies communicate with their customers.
Not another helpdesk.
The system of intelligence for customer communication.

Product Engineers at Open own problems end-to-end: from spotting an opportunity, to talking directly with users, to shipping the feature in production with no layers in between, no hand-off culture. You are a full-stack owner.
This role focuses on the core engine: the agent runtime, workflows, and APIs that every conversation runs through. You will work on a genuinely hard product, AI customer experience infrastructure used by enterprises at scale across Europe, the US, and the GCC. The codebase is React + TypeScript throughout. The problems are real, the users are live, and the impact is measurable and scalable.
If you want to work somewhere that trusts engineers to think, decide, and ship then look no further!
