Help build the UK's sovereign AI future. Turn cutting-edge technology into commercial impact.

At Cosine, we're on a mission to build the UK's first sovereign Large Language Model, alongside some of the most advanced AI technology being developed today.

Our portfolio spans autonomous coding agents, specialised AI models, AI-native red teaming and sovereign AI solutions. We're building technology that fundamentally changes how organisations develop software, modernise infrastructure, strengthen security and deploy AI where control over data and infrastructure is critical.

The opportunity is significant. The interest is already there. Now we need someone who can turn it into business.

We're looking for an exceptional Partnerships Manager to build and scale Cosine's partner ecosystem, with an immediate focus on systems integrators (SIs) and consultancies.

This is a commercially driven, hands-on role. You'll own relationships, develop joint propositions, negotiate agreements and build customer pipeline. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders at major partners and closely with our commercial, product and engineering teams.

This isn't about managing an established partner programme. It's about building one that delivers.

We need someone who can hit the ground running, operate independently and turn opportunities into results.

What you'll do

Build and activate strategic partnerships

• Own and develop relationships across the partner ecosystem, prioritising high-value SIs, consultancies and strategic technology partners.

• Convert existing interest into active, commercially productive partnerships while proactively opening new doors.

• Build relationships with senior executives, practice leaders and commercial teams, creating alignment and securing commitment.

Turn partnerships into revenue

• Drive partner opportunities from initial engagement through commercial negotiation, agreement and activation.

• Build joint account plans, identify customer opportunities and develop a qualified pipeline with clear commercial objectives.

• Work with partners and internal sales teams to progress opportunities into pilots, deployments and revenue.

• Take accountability for outcomes. Signed agreements matter, but active partners, customer engagements and revenue matter more.

Create propositions that partners can sell

• Work with product, engineering and commercial teams to develop compelling joint propositions around sovereign AI, coding agents, software modernisation and cybersecurity.

• Understand partner capabilities and customer challenges, identifying where Cosine's technology creates real commercial value.

• Translate complex technology into clear, differentiated propositions that partners can confidently take to market.

Get hands-on and make things happen

• Run product demonstrations, partner workshops and enablement sessions. You'll need to understand our technology, not just talk about it.

• Equip partner teams to identify opportunities, position Cosine effectively and engage customers.

• Navigate commercial, technical and organisational challenges to keep deals moving.

• Build the processes, reporting and partner engagement model needed to scale what works, without creating unnecessary bureaucracy.

What we’re looking for

We want someone who has built partnerships that generate business, not simply managed relationships.

You'll bring:

• A proven commercial track record. Demonstrable success building partnerships, developing pipeline and delivering revenue within enterprise technology, software or AI.

• Strong SI and consultancy experience. You understand how these organisations operate, how to navigate their internal structures and what it takes to turn strategic alignment into real customer opportunities.

• Commercial sharpness. You know how to qualify opportunities, negotiate agreements, develop compelling commercial propositions and focus effort where it delivers the greatest return.

• Technical credibility. You're comfortable engaging with complex enterprise technology, running product demonstrations and holding meaningful conversations with technical stakeholders. You don't need to be an engineer, but you must be capable of getting under the skin of our products.

• Executive-level relationship skills. You can engage confidently with senior decision-makers, build credibility quickly and influence stakeholders across large organisations.

• Relentless execution. You're proactive, resourceful and commercially driven. You take ownership, follow through and don't need someone else to create momentum.

• An entrepreneurial mindset. You thrive in fast-moving environments, make sound decisions with incomplete information and are equally comfortable shaping strategy and doing the work yourself.

Experience working with government, defence, financial services or other regulated industries would be a strong advantage.

Above all, we're looking for someone with the ambition, judgement and drive to build something exceptional.

Why join Cosine

Work on technology that matters. Our sovereign LLM ambition and broader AI portfolio address some of the biggest challenges facing enterprises and governments today. You'll help build the partnerships that take these capabilities into the real world.

A genuine opportunity to make an impact. We're already seeing significant partner interest. You'll have the opportunity to convert that momentum into commercial results and play a direct role in our growth.

Ownership, not bureaucracy. You'll have meaningful responsibility, direct access to decision-makers and the freedom to shape how we build our partner ecosystem. We're moving quickly, and we value people who make things happen.

Build something from the ground up. This is an opportunity to help define Cosine's partnership strategy and establish relationships that could become fundamental to how we scale.

Come and build with us

We're looking for someone who's ambitious, commercially driven and excited by the opportunity to help bring frontier AI technology to market.

Someone who can think strategically, roll their sleeves up and deliver.

If you've got the track record, the drive and the ambition to help build something significant, we'd like to hear from you.

Compensation, Benefits & Ways of Working

We’re an in-office team, five days a week, by design. We believe the work we’re doing benefits from being together, collaborating closely, and building shared context.

What you can expect:

• Competitive salary, benchmarked to the market

• Equity / share options, so you share in the upside you help create

• 30 days’ holiday + bank holidays

• Work hard in the office, collaborate closely, and switch off properly

• Dog-friendly office — bring your dog to work

• Weekly team breakfast & lunch

• Monthly socials

• Pension

• High-quality equipment to do your best work

We care about focus, sustainability, and doing great work — not performative overwork. We value people who show up, contribute thoughtfully, collaborate well with their colleagues, and then go home.

This role won’t suit everyone. But if you’re looking for a fast-moving environment, close collaboration, and a team that takes both the work and work-life balance seriously, it’s a great place to be.
